JSMM Client Creative Candles Reports 24 Percent Increase in B2C Web Sales Through Social Commerce

Through social commerce, JSMM has helped drive business to consumer (B2C) web sales for Creative Candles, an artisanal candle company based in Kansas City, Mo. Year to date, Creative Candles has reported a 24 percent increase in B2C web sales. Creative Candles has been our client for over a year, and last year JSMM helped it increase sales by 20 percent after launching a new Shopify supported website and Instagram channel.
