Direct Sales Employee Recruitment Campaign

The second largest authorized ADT dealer in the country needed an employee recruitment campaign to drive applicants for job openings in multiple cities. Our digital marketing team created a reputation management program to increase positive reviews on Google, GlassDoor and Facebook. Additionally, we designed a recruitment program for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, which included video interviews with employees, social media ads and branded content. The campaign was a success, generating applications from social media which were attributable to our tactics via the tracking system we installed. During the campaign, the average cost per view for Facebook videos ran approximately $.02, with more than 10,000 post engagements and a modest advertising budget.
